By using this website, using the Wash Stop site, or opting into texts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We may update the website, hours, equipment, pricing, and offerings at any time. If you use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

3) On-site rules for the Wash Stop

When you use the Wash Stop self-serve car wash, you agree to:

• Follow posted signage and instructions

• Use equipment only as intended

• Avoid unsafe behavior, vandalism, theft, harassment, or illegal activity

• Accept that we may refuse service or request you leave the property if needed

4) Payments and refunds

If you buy services, passes, or memberships:

• You authorize charges through the payment method you provide

• Prices and fees may change over time

• Refund handling (if any) depends on the specific product or issue and may be limited by processor rules

5) Assumption of risk and property damage

Car washing involves risk (slips, equipment use, weather, vehicle condition, chemicals). You use the property and equipment at your own risk. You are responsible for your vehicle, your property, and any damage you cause.

6) Video surveillance

We use video and audio surveillance on site for safety, security, and operations. By entering the property, you consent to being recorded.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• The website and on-site services are provided “as is” and “as available”

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim (if any)

9) SMS messaging terms (text messages)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from The Wash Stop:
